**Bilingual Customer Service Representative Spanish/French**

**Bid13 **is looking for a
**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**, fluent in English and Quebecois French or Spanish. Your role will be to handle online inbound/outbound customer interactions, from inquiries to following up on their storage auction bid.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m. OR 10a.m. to 6p.m.

**Hours of work**: 40hrs/week

**Location**:85 Executive Ct., Scarborough, ON M1S 5W9

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build relationships with clients of sites in order to enhance ability to recognize potential issues/provide excellent customer service.
- Thoroughly documents all inquiries in adherence with company procedures.
- Redirects complex or specialized concerns to appropriate team for follow-up when applicable.
- Analytical and business problem solving skills along with ability to ask the right questions and lead conversations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Fluent in English and Quebecois French or Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- A customer first mentality and deep understanding of customer service.
- Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (with emphasis on Excel and Word).
- Proven organizational and follow-up skills (including prioritization).
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English & Quebecois French.
