Seeking an experienced Real Estate Receptionist that will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the front-end operations while providing support for the agents, clients and management, the applicant must be a highly self-motivated and friendly individual that possesses strong communication skills and an exceptional work ethic.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephones, screen and direct incoming calls
- Book and confirm appointments using Brokerbay
- Brokerload listings on TorontoMLS
- Typing offers using Webforms and any other related OREA forms/documents
- Provide marketing assistant such as feature Sheets, flyers/brochures and posting on social media
- Organize and maintain filing system

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience in Real Estate office is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and listening) and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
