**Requirements**:
At least 2 years experience in an office and working hands on with a computerized system.
Good command of English. Good command of basic arithmetic.
Working knowledge of sage50
Experience in the skin care/ hair care industry.
Job description:
**Shipping**:
Preparation and shipping of orders to customers.
Issuing invoices using Simply Accounting.
**Receiving**:
receiving shipments from suppliers, putting inventory on shelves.
Posting newly received inventory in the system.
**Customers service**:
Answering the phone to customers orders and inquiries, helping in the preparation of seminars.
**Assisting With** sales and promotion.
**Other **offices chores.
The work involves occasional lifting of boxes of up to 12KG.
Hours: 5 days a week 8.30 to 5 with 1/2 hour lunch break total 40 hrs./week.
Starting date: immediately
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
