**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Depositing and entering Cash Receipts into ERP system.
- Preparing credit card reconciliation, charging and posting.
- Reconciling customer accounts.
- Preparing daily bank reconciliation with various bank accounts.
- Completing monthly statement processes.
- Preparing General journals for review.
- Cross-training and assisting with other accounting functions, as needed.
- Preparing Sales reports and A/R report for month-end review.

**What You Will Need to Succeed**
- Highschool Diploma.
- Experience in Cash Application.
- A/R related duties are considered an asset.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Time management.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
