**About the Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation**
The Israel Tennis & Education Centers (ITEC) is one of the largest social service agencies for children in Israel. While ITEC is an international development charity, the Foundation is located across North America with offices in Toronto, New York, and Florida. Our team collaborates virtually and in person, with staff working either fully remote or hybrid, travelling domestically or internationally as needed.

You could be a great fit for our Events & Marketing Coordinator position The Events & Marketing Coordinator, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Canada, will work closely with and provide event, marketing, and administrative support to the Management Team.
**Location**: North York, ON
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, with occasional evenings and weekends during the event season
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Event Management_
- Assists with preparation and implementation of all ITEC Canada events (Annual Golf Tournament, Exhibitions and ProAm Tennis Tournament)
- Assists with event logistics including (but not limited to) budget management, seating plans, booking venues, researching, booking and managing talent, booking and managing vendors, managing invitation and guest lists, RSVP’s, preparing gift bags, organizing on-site fundraising
- Recruits and manages volunteers
- Silent auction solicitation and organization
- Sponsorship invoicing, confirmations, reports, follow ups and gifting
- Assists with on-site event set-up, execution and tear-down
- Managing marketing requirements and execution for sponsors (signage, event website, social media promotion)
- Marketing_
- Coordinates with graphic designers and web developers to create both print and digital marketing materials, campaigns, websites, and event materials and invitations, etc.
- Collaborates with internal team to create presentations, proposals, and reports for current and prospective donors
- Updates the Foundation’s website with new programs, locations, videos and events as needed
- Manages promotional and marketing materials inventory, ordering as necessary
- Supports management and team members project’s by providing marketing materials and expertise
- Administrative_
- Provides a wide range of financial support activities, including processing donations and maintaining accurate records, issuing tax receipts, sending out acknowledgement and thank you letters, sending out tribute cards, etc.
- Provide support as required to fully implement fundraising plans, projects and initiatives
- Performs research on prospective donors and foundations as required
- Maintains the Raiser’s Edge donor database by: recording donations and pledges, updating and adding donor files as necessary, performing queries, reports and exports for reporting, etc.
- Other projects/duties as assigned
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Fundraising, Events, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working with Word Press is an asset
- Experience working with Raiser’s Edge is an asset
- Experience in event planning is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and problem solve with high degree of common sense and judgment
- Demonstrated superior interpersonal skills coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow direction, work independently as well as a team member
- Positive, proactive and cooperative attitude
- Successful experience working in a culturally diverse environment
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
