**Newsletter Management**:
- Send out regular newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the newsletter schedule.
- Oversee the content creation for newsletters, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and provide valuable information to recipients.
**Event Coordination**:
- Organise and help execute our bi-annual UK University Fairs in Vancouver and Toronto.
- Lead and organize the Recruitment Tours, ensuring smooth execution and optimal engagement from all stakeholders e.g. ensuring events are in calendars, staff have materials, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and host university visits and in-office events, representing the marketing team while ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Attend Recruitment Tour events and SI-UK Fairs as needed.
- Research event venues and assist with fair preparations and university visits/student meetings (maintaining Office Visit sheet, calendar invites, and website event listings).
**Outreach**:
- Manage and expand our school network by engaging high school counselors across major provinces, particularly in the lead-up to fairs and the start of the academic cycle. Oversee and expand the school network list, ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in meetings, contribute to discussions, determine action plans, and be a reliable point of contact with University Representatives and external partners.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market e.g. Pre-law societies at major Canadian colleges.
**Other**:
- Suggest improvements to our marketing materials to enhance our brand and outreach.
- Update and maintain the ‘News’ section of the SI-UK North America website to keep our community informed and involved.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager on the maintenance of marketing materials within Google Drive folders.
- Act as liaison between Marketing department and Consultants e.g. assist with Medicine service overhaul gathering feedback from Consultants.
- Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager to distribute weekly responsibilities and maintain a marketing calendar.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials (brochures, guides, etc).
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the education or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience in planning and executing events, especially in an educational context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
