HTS Engineering Ltd. is the largest independent commercial HVAC manufacturers’ rep in North America, with 20 locations in the US and Canada. We are looking for a talented and motivated marketing/event coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. Under the direction of the marketing manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of event preparation, such as choosing venues, menus, accommodations etc. and other marketing activities as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Uphold HTS’ mission of ‘Delivering Real Success’ with every event
- Plan and execute customer trips
- Coordinate employee and customer events
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining event/marketing budget expenditures via ERP
- Assist with the coordination of trade shows & conference participation
- Accurately track & update data for customer training initiatives
- Assist in the development of external marketing collateral and communications
- Update content for the Ontario region of the external website
- Create graphics for digital signage, invitations, brochures, advertisements, newsletters etc.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing manager

Qualifications/Skills:

- Bachelor’s or College Diploma in event management, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field
- Experience in planning large events and coordinating travel arrangements
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment and deliver results, even when required to work under tight deadlines
- Experience working with Marketing Automation Systems (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo etc.) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Teamwork with a positive attitude and energy
- A passion for marketing, collaboration and implementing new creative strategies
