**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Full-Time Permanent Position
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- $30 per hour (based on experience)

**POSITION MANDATE**
The Office Administrator is responsible for the dental office's smooth administrative operation while maximizing efficiency. The Office Administrator must be a team player, be compassionate, efficient, with specific attention to detail, and be highly patient/customer service focused. Must have a good understanding of systems and processes. The Office Administrator must maintain a high level of professionalism and a personal image that upholds the dental office standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly
- Control the expense of inventory
- Order dental supplies as required
- Order stationery supplies as required
- Physically shop for refreshments and food necessary for the office
- Responsible for maintaining all office equipment
- Responsible for the appearance of the office, overseeing and maintaining a clean and well-presented space both inside and outside
- General bookkeeping
- Administrating the collection process and actively calling patients that are overdue in their payments
- Coordinate policies and implement systems as per changing industry trends
- Coordinate office and patient events
- Responsible for ensuring the clinic is properly closed and secured at the close of business
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**
Three plus years of all-round experience in administrative duties in a dental office setting:
- QuickBooks Online Certified
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Works well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and driven by challenges
- Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
- Professional appearance
