**Summary**
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Vitality Assurance Vacations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting our resort's administrative functions.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and assist with inquiries.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and guests.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and communication.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing guest needs promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55-$31.23 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
