**Duties**
1. **Patient Check-In and Check-Out**:

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival.
- Verify and update patient information, including insurance details.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for various providers.

2. **Communication**:

- Answer phone calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Relay messages between patients and staff.
- Provide information about services offered at the clinic.

3. **Medical Records Management**:

- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with the filing and retrieval of medical records as needed.

4. **Billing and Insurance Processing**:

- Collect co-pays and process payments.
- Verify insurance coverage and handle claims submissions.
- Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

5. **Coordination with Healthcare Providers**:

- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist in preparing for patient visits, including gathering necessary documents.

6. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry and E filing.

7. **Patient Support**:

- Provide assistance to patients navigating the clinic, including directions to different departments.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Skills Needed:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records ( Jane App).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
