  • Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values

What you bring:

  • A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
  • A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
  • Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
  • Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
  • Bonus points for additional languages

Why you'll love working here:

  • Competitive pay with incentive opportunities
  • Health & Dental Benefits (including Maple virtual care)
  • Employee Family Assistance Program

  • Employee discounts on products/services
  • Professional development & license fee reimbursement
  • A supportive, passionate, and fun team culture
