We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized **Patient Coordinator** to join our dynamic physiotherapy clinic. This key team member will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients by managing front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
- Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and a smooth patient flow.
- Communicate effectively using medical terminology with patients and clinical staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area to enhance the patient experience.
- Use **JaneApp** software for scheduling and patient data management.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
- Perform administrative duties such as billing, insurance verification, and filing.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical or physiotherapy office setting is preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of office equipment, computer systems, and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
