**Job description**
Advance Health and Wellness Centre and Cura Medical Group (our sister company) a multidisciplinary clinic offering Registered Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Clinical Counseling, Acupuncture, Kinesiology, Detitics, Naturopathic Care and more, is currently looking for an experienced administrative professional.
**This position does require some Janeapp knowledge and a flexible schedule.**

- MOA Certification/Degree (or 1 year office experience)
- **some experience or knowledge of Janeapp**:
- familiarity with POS machines
- intermediate with Excel and Word
- excellent organization skills
- very proactive, you can think ahead of everyone else

- are a people person - you can connect well with different types of people
- have awesome customer service skills
- are reliable, responsible and honest
- interested health and wellness
- must be able to attend monthly staff trainings/meetings (usually a Sunday morning)
- **Responsibilities**_
- some knowledge and experience with medical filing
- general AR duties
- promote new products/therapies/therapists
- **issue invoices through Janeapp**:
- manage data on excel sheets (if needed)
- collect and record payments on Janeapp
- keep inventory of medical supplies, if you work Saturdays
- enforce Communicable Disease Protocols
- assist administrators / therapists with other tasks as needed
- help our patients feel welcomed
- enforce company policy with all patients
- manage general housekeeping (light cleaning duties)
- **fold and stow clean linens**:
- sanitizing high traffic areas
- answer phone calls
- make appointments on Jane
- manage health insurance billing

- reception shifts are typically 6hrs (no less than 4hrs)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
