This role focuses on managing accounts, generating leads, and building strong client relationships — with a key emphasis on opening new accounts and business opportunities in the U.S. market and other global regions. It also involves exploring new sales and purchasing prospects while providing internal team support to ensure continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and nurture strong relationships with new leads in the U.S. market and across international regions.
- Build and sustain lasting partnerships with existing accounts, stakeholders, and clients both domestically and globally.
- Prospect, engage, and secure potential clients by presenting and promoting the company's products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Discover and pursue new sales and purchasing opportunities in the U.S. and international markets.
- Support internal operations by facilitating product transfers, coordinating logistics, conducting client research, and assisting with sales-related activities to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Address and resolve client inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service
**Required Qualifications**
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in tactful and effective negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly; approachable, adaptable, and client-focused.
- Highly proactive, demonstrating ownership in problem-solving and identifying new opportunities.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales and purchasing within the reseller, trader, wholesale, or distribution sectors, particularly in consumer electronics, gaming, IT, and other non-consumable goods industries.
- Proficient in the use of CRM platforms for client and sales management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Entrepreneurship, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
