Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AND / OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 am to 5pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the organization in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Address and direct incoming calls to appropriate department.
- Process Sales Order's and Invoices (_Business Central Software_)
- Complete Licensing Paperwork (_Service Ontario Drop-off/Pick-up_)
- Complete Safeties
- Inputs required information into the CRM software
- Ensure all invoices / work orders are completed and payments are accepted from customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize customer files.
- Communicating with customers regarding timelines, final payment, delivery / pickup dates.
- Maintaining a customer-focused environment, keeping customer service a priority, and addressing all inquiries in a professional manner.
- Communicate with Administrative Support Coordinator, Administrative team, Service department, and other applicable parties to ensure that all trailers are processed in a timely fashion.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using Business Central, or CRM is an asset
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Dealership/licensing experience an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk
- Ability to use phone frequently
- Regular office sitting and walking in between plant and main office
- Ability to operate the computer daily with repetitive tasks
