**Position Overview**

We are looking for a Specialist, Sample Management and Testing role for one of our esteemed clients to play a pivotal role in managing inventory and assessing quality of mobile products launched in Canada. As a member of the Device team in Canada, you will be required to effectively manage hardware inventory, managing issues found in the field by collecting, reviewing and analyzing logs. You will be part of a team that is at the forefront of launching cutting edge products and where your input will be valued and welcome.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage internal inventory processes for hardware samples, including mobile phones, tablets, and watches.
- Handle the distribution and disposal of sample products.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical and system-based inventory records.
- Deliver daily reports on inventory status.
- Research and implement testing tools and protocols for wireless communication.
- Conduct tests and verifications of issues reported by the QA/R&D teams.
- Develop and program testing tools.

**Qualification/Experience**

**1. Education**:

- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

**2. Knowledge**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in interpreting technical documents, engineering tests, and standards.

**3. Experience**:

- At least one year of experience in the mobile industry as a QA analyst or tester is preferred.
- Recent graduates with relevant degrees will also be considered.

**4. Other Attributes**:

- Ability to work flexible hours (e.g. 10:30am-7pm)

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
