We are URGENTLY HIRING for a TikTok Shop Livestreaming Operation Specialist. Shannon Holding is a start-up company, headquartered in Willowbrook, Illinois. We are a young, ambitious, passionate, and small (but growing) team. You are invited to work with us to create a brand-new online sales model on TikTok

We are looking for a quick learner who is upbeat and hardworking. This is the afternoon-shift and night-shift position. This is not a remote job. The Operation Specialist needs to go to our Willowbook office from Monday to Friday.

Your duties:

- Communication with your manager and colleagues in Beijing in Mandarin regarding operation planning, live performance analysis, etc.
- You are responsible for formulating operational strategies, quantifying operational indicators, clarifying operational methods, completing tasks and indicators, monitoring communication effects, and adjusting communication plans in a timely manner
- You need to sort out and optimize the live broadcast process, live broadcast theme planning and script. During the live broadcast, you need to monitor the process, and ensure that implementations are as effective as can be
- You need to conduct in-depth analysis of data so as to identify user needs and improve fan activity and GMV

Your qualifications
- fluent Mandarin speaker who can speak fluent English
- Meticulous and conscientious, well organized, and has good executive abilities
- Strong learning ability, adaptability and resilience
- Ability to analyze and summarize data
- Familiarity with process of TikTok live broadcasting, has experience in live broadcast operations, and understand the work content of each live broadcast

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
