**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Participate in requirements, design reviews and delivery planning sessions with SIS teams during software releases, project solution definition and delivery phases.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, design and run automated scripts using test tools as required, capture and analyze results.
- Create logs, track and document test progress, capture defect metrics and open problem records using defect management tools while adhering to TS QC process and procedures.
- Report defects and errors to management, development and business teams.
- Confirm code under test meets business requirements, specifications and defined test exit criteria.
- Troubleshoot issues, participate in defect root cause analysis and resolution sessions with SIS delivery teams.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Expert knowledge in creating and executing System Integration, Functional, Regression, GUI, System Security, Documentation, User Acceptance, Accessibility (15+years)
- Experienced with Waterfall /Iterative SDLC, defect management process and test techniques: black box/white box/smoke & automated testing (15+ years)

TECHNICAL SOFTWARE EXPERTISE (Overall 15+ years)
- Operating Systems: MS Windows, Client Server, Mainframe, Tandem
- Defect Tracking and Test Management: Clear Quest, ServiceNow
- Data query and validation: TSO, Notepad++, XML Spy, QMF for Workstations
- Databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL server, Open Text, Documentum, MS Access
- Test Tools: VB Script, JAVA, J2EE, JSP, ASP.NET, ASP, XML, HTML, Mainframe - COBOL/ TSO, API-AICS tool/ CICS z/OS,JCL, Soap UI, FIX 4.2.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC - 2 years.
- Performance, Automation testing using test tools like J-meter, Rational Performance Test - 2years.
- Familiar with IBM Box, Lotus Notes, Slack - 2 years.
- Previous Test teams Coordination 2 years.

**Required Education**

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
