**Catering & Event Coordinator**

The Catering & Event Coordinator will bring special events from vision to execution.

This opportunity might be for you if:

*A valid Quebec driver's license and confidence to drive company vehicles is an asset.

**Tasks**:

- Provide outstanding customer service with main activities including answering
- Create event proposals including menu, quotes, invoices and contracts
- Coordinate food and staffing as required for full service events
- Place catering orders with the kitchen accurately and efficiently
- Assist with styling of special events and booking suppliers
- Provide outstanding service to existing preferred venues and cultivate new
relationships with venues
- Miscellaneous duties, administrative tasks and errands as required

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), good typing and general computer skills.
- Ability to learn and use computer platforms
- Flexible in work habits to meet the office demands i.e. changing priorities, extra
hours, etc.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and sound judgment
- Driven personality and a hard work ethic
- Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
- Uses company time efficiently
- Fosters good relationships with co-workers and suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
