Rejoignez l'équipe Autodesk Tandem et intégrez un environnement de type start-up où vous contribuerez à un tout nouveau produit à la pointe de la technologie innovante. Notre mission consiste à créer une technologie et des solutions Digital Twin qui aident les gens à imaginer, créer et transformer la manière dont les bâtiments sont conçus, construits et exploités. Autodesk recherche un coordinateur d'événements dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe marketing afin de contribuer à la création d'expériences percutantes qui génèrent des prospects qualifiés.

À ce poste, vous définirez et coordonnerez tous les aspects des événements, de la planification et la gestion des fournisseurs à la logistique et l'engagement des invités, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les parties prenantes pour assurer une exécution sans faille.

Vous relèverez du responsable marketing de Tandem et travaillerez à distance depuis Montréal.

Responsabilités- Gérer les événements de bout en bout, y compris les salons professionnels, les conférences, les sommets, les événements clients et fournir un soutien pour les événements numériques, si nécessaire- Évaluer et hiérarchiser les opportunités d'événements avec les parties prenantes afin de maximiser la génération de prospects qualifiés et le retour sur investissement- Coordonner les lieux, les espaces d'exposition, les fournisseurs, les parrainages, les budgets, les calendriers et les opérations sur place, en veillant à une présence cohérente de la marque et à des expériences fluides- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, ventes, partenariats et réussite client afin d'harmoniser la présence et les résultats des événements- Développer des supports événementiels selon les besoins, gérer les pages web consacrées aux événements et respecter les normes de la marque- Réaliser des analyses et des rétrospectives après les événements afin d'en mesurer le succès et d'assurer une amélioration continue- Contribuer aux campagnes marketing intégrées et aux initiatives de lancement de produits liées aux événements

Qualifications mínimales- Licence en marketing, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience- Solides compétences en gestion d'événements B2B et en gestion de projets formels- Capacité avérée à collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes à différents niveaux de l'organisation- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale- Zèle pour l'excellence des processus et des opérations, avec de solides compétences organisationnelles- Capacité à gérer de manière collaborative plusieurs priorités dans des délais serrés- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Suite et d'autres outils technologiques- Candidats bilingues (anglais et français) préférés- Disponibilité à voyager si nécessaire Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team to help create impactful experiences that drive marketing qualified leads. In this role, you will define and coordinate all aspects of events, from scheduling and vendor management to logistics and guest engagement, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

You will report to the Head of Marketing, Tandem and will work remotely from Montreal.

Responsibilities- Manage events end-to-end, including tradeshows, conferences, summits, customer events and provide support for digital events, as needed- Evaluate and prioritize event opportunities with stakeholders maximizing MQL generation and ROI- Coordinate venues, exhibition spaces, vendors, sponsorships, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations, ensuring consistent brand presence and seamless experiences- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to align on event presence and outcomes- Develop event collateral as needed, maintain event web pages, and uphold brand standards- Conduct post-event analysis and retrospectives to measure success and continuous improvement- Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives tied to events

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field- 5+ years of experience- Strong B2B events management and formal project management acumen- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at varying organisation levels- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Zeal for process and operational excellence, with strong organizational skills- Ability to collaboratively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlin
