**Hours**: Full Time

**Company Overview**:
A leading builder in Kitchener/ Waterloo is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Liaison to join there growing procurment team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices for payment.
- Administer the accounts payable system.
- Manage vendor relations.
- Maintain purchasing records.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments and purchase orders.
- Research invoices that were paid, but were later found to be fraudulent.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Administrative role (also open to recent graduate with co-op experience working for a Builder)
- Intermediate to advance skill with Microsoft Excel.
- Ambitious Attitude, with an adaptability to work with different sets of process'.
- Detail oriented, strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
