**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a _Accounts Payable Specialist _you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.We believe in working hard. Authenticity and trust are at the core of what we do. **On a Typical Day, You Will**:

- Manage the intake and organization of supplier invoices
- Compare supplier invoices to rental quotes or agreements, and identify variances
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Establish relationships with key suppliers and ensure that DOZR maintains compliance with their respective credit terms
- Prepare the weekly payment run
- Respond to supplier requests
- Contribute to the month-end reporting process

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high quality of work
- Post secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration is an asset
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft OfficeSuite and QuickBooks
