You will be joining us at a very exciting time as we build the foundation for our future Reporting to the PDC Supervisor, the PDC Lead Hand assists the Supervisor with day to day operations of the PDC and in maintaining service levels. The PDC Lead Hand spends approximately 70% of working time involved in Material Handler duties and 30% assisting the PDC Supervisory team.
