**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Help lead daily pallet production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Help lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a Lead hand role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Must have sit down forklift experience.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess operational data for decision-making purposes.
- A background in customer service is advantageous, as it contributes to maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
