**Job Summary**
Sunday-1PM-9:30PM

Monday-Thursday
- 9PM- 5:30AM

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Hand to join our team. The Lead Hand will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members to foster a productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 3-4 Dock Associates.
- Complete & submit daily shift reports.
- Sort Bills.
- Plan in town runs and have team load them.
- Update operational white board in real time.
- Maintain a clean & safe dock environment.
- Dock & door checks.
- Communicate with drivers & other departments.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures.

Pay: From $23.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
