**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, budgeting practices, and construction estimating techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
