**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Exterior Lead Hand to join our dynamic team. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in overseeing and completing daily operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with team members, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of your crew to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Provide training and support to new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing productivity and quality control.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output levels, downtime, and employee performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- To possess and execute the skills required including but not limited to roofing, siding, eavestroughing, soffit/ fascia, window installation, decking & fencing
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
