**Primary Purpose**:
The Campus Support Officer plays an integral role in the smooth and efficient campus administration and operations of Acsenda School of Management during scheduled evenings and weekends. The role is responsible for campus administration duties, including oversight of administrative services and administrative support to the President. The Campus Support Officer is responsible for oversight of Front desk services and collaboration with other support staff.
**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
- Provide evening and weekend supervision of campus general administration duties such as reception, greeting visitors to the campus, mail, interoffice communications, outgoing correspondence, phone inquiries, appointments, walk-ins, etc.
- Processing student payment transactions and providing daily transaction reports.
- Answer general inquiries from students and direct specific inquiries them to appropriate person or office.
- Keep campus information up to date, e.g. notices and TV monitor.
- Maintain general security by managing access to the campus facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain internal communication and messages between staff and students.
- Closing of Campus according to established procedures
- Support and liaison with IT support and assists with emergency resolution of issues.
- Coordinates non-classroom bookings in conjunction with the Registrar’s Office.
- Monitor, maintain, and order general office supplies for the campus.
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate maintenance of general office equipment.
- Monitoring of Social Media inquiries
- Book facilities and order food and refreshments for meetings and events
- Coordinate reporting of student attendance
- Coordinate production of Staff and Student identification cards and issuance of building access cards
- Assist with academic term starts including Orientation classroom schedules, setting up calendar of Events, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support ASM.
**Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills**:
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service front line role (preferably with international students)
- Office administrative support, Co-worker supervision and scheduling
- Technical skills in book-keeping, financial recording, review and analysis
- Working knowledge of MS Office package
- Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio; Outlook and Gmail
- Basic IT knowledge, trouble shooting
- Basic First Aid Certificate (current)

- excellent oral communication skills, proficient in English speaking and writing skills.
- Planning and organizing - ability to multi-task; ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy.
- Attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as effectively participating as a team member; good judgment and ability to prioritize assignments and attend to service needs at Reception desk and other departments on campus.
- Ability to deal with emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Interpersonal - ability to relate in a professsional and helpful manner to students, faculty, Academic Council, other ASM staff, EduCo staff and visitors to Acsenda.
