**Position Title**: Residence Services Associate - Lakeshore (Overnight Shift, 12AM - 8AM) - FT Support
**Status**: FT Support
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week (Academic Year: Saturday - Wednesday, 12:00AM - 8:00AM; Summer Conference Season: Hours may be adjusted to accommodate operational needs; During mandatory training period: Hours will be adjusted.)

**Salary**: FT Support Payband: C
**Salary Range**: $24.96 - $29.02
**Starting Salary**: $24.96
Progression through the payband is in accordance with the increments in the payband as outline in the Full-Time Support Staff Collective Agreement based on actual service in the payband.

Within Residence Services, our dedicated team oversees key portfolios: Residence Admissions, Residence Operations, Front Desk & Summer Operations, and Residence Life. Together, we deliver exceptional service and foster a connected, inclusive, and thriving living environment.

**Education**

**Experience/Skills**
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hotel or front desk environment.
- Ability to demonstrate the following: excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating confidence and good judgment including the ability to respond appropriately during an emergency or when dealing with difficult people or situations.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake tasks and duties according to procedures and standard processes.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Consistent attention to detail.
