**Position Title**: Residence Services Assistant - Lakeshore (Overnight Shift, 12AM - 8AM)
**Status**: Appendix D Contract (Feb 2025 - Aug 2026)
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week (Academic Year: Saturday - Wednesday, 12:00AM - 8:00AM); Summer Conference Season: Hours may be adjusted to accommodate operational needs; During mandatory training period: Hours will be adjusted)

**Education**

**Experience/Skills**
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hotel or front desk environment.
- Ability to demonstrate the following: excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating confidence and good judgment including the ability to respond appropriately during an emergency or when dealing with difficult people or situations.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake tasks and duties according to procedures and standard processes.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Consistent attention to detail.
