**Residential Property Administrator**

**About the Role**

Are you a motivated, organized, and people-oriented professional looking to grow your career in real estate and property management?
We’re seeking a Residential Property Administrator to support the daily operations of our premier rental communities. You’ll work closely with our Property Management team to ensure tenants enjoy an exceptional living experience while learning what it takes to professionally manage high-quality residential properties.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s energetic, curious, and eager to learn the business from the ground up.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist in building setup and operations, including unit inspections, fob programming, and door access.
- Provide exceptional tenant service — respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins/outs, and support lease renewals.
- Market available suites, screen applicants, and assist with leasing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and update property management systems (MRI/Yardi).
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Support rent tracking and assist with financial and administrative reporting.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in property administration, customer service, or office coordination (real estate experience an asset).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Curious and eager to learn — interested in a long-term career in real estate.
- Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.
- Professional, energetic, and reliable — someone who enjoys helping people and taking ownership of their work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (MRI/Yardi preferred).
