This position requires a dedicated individual that is willing to work hard, is passionate to deliver superior customer service and has proven problem solving and forward thinking skills. This is an integral role in implementing the company’s vision for the industry and providing all clients with excellent services and an overall caring experience.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Issue notices and respond to owner/resident correspondence
- Preparation of various documents, packages, reports, certificates, for review and approval by the Condo Management team
- Coordinate/assist the Property Manager with AGM and special meetings
- Respond to owner & resident inquiries
- Assist with purchase order and the work order process
- Keep on top of deadlines/commitments and pro-actively follow-up when needed.
- Work with the Property Managers to coordinate and communicate effectively

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Previous experience in property administration or similar administrative experience considered an asset. (minimum two years administrative experience required)
- Experience in problem solving and working under pressure and with deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- IT literate and skilled with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
