**Position Overview**
We’re currently looking for a reliable and friendly **Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to join our front desk team full-time. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**: Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- **Appointment Management**: Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Practice Perfect EMR
- **Billing & Documentation**: Process payments, manage insurance claims (extended health benefits, WSIB, and MVA), and ensure accurate data entry in Practice Perfect
- **Administrative Support**: Assist therapists with document handling and basic administrative tasks
- **Office Coordination**: Monitor supplies, manage incoming mail, and help keep the clinic organized
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with fellow front desk staff and clinical team members to ensure a seamless client experience

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (healthcare experience is an asset)
- Comfortable using computers and electronic charting software; experience with Practice Perfect EMR is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

**Schedule & Compensation**
- **Full-time**: Monday to Friday, with some evening shifts required
- **Wage**: Hourly rate aligned with experience and industry standards, with increases tied to performance and growth in the role
