**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain front desk security and visitor logs
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Support other departments with administrative needs as required
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
**Schedule**:
- Temporary position 1 WEEK STARTING ON 29TH SEP
- 8AM TO 5:00PM
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $17.50 per hour
