Reporting to the partners, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing support for the strategic leadership and management of the operations of the firm. The COO manages and coordinates office operations; represents the firm with vendors, and other organizations, and ensures that work released from the organization is of high quality and completed on time.

You will be successful in this position if you have:
An undergraduate degree in commerce or business administration from a recognized educational institution

Three year’s related experience in office management in a regulated professional service environment

One year’s experience with database management

Five year’s supervisory experience

High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), databases, and personal computers

Certifications in human resource management, coaching, and/or management (CIM) are considered assets

Proven experience with business analysis practices and techniques and with developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures are considered assets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
