Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to lower income families. Through the generosity of volunteers and donors, we build and restore homes, empowering families to achieve strength, stability and self reliance.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruit, train and co-ordinate volunteers for Build, ReStore and Fundraising projects
- Schedule and supervise volunteer activities at various sites
- Maintain volunteer database and records.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operation of projects and events

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be a recent graduate entering workforce or who is making a career change
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Valid Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is an asset
- Genuine passion for Habitat for Humanity’s mission and values

- Expected hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

- Expected: Start date: September 15, 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
