**Job Summary**: **What you will do**: - Prepare and issue payments. - Monthly reconciliation of accounts & maintenance of vendor accounts. - Helping with any month-end duties (i.e. posting deals, Post journal entries warranty and insurance submissions). - Posting daily cash sheets. - Bank account reconciliations. - Paying out floor plan accounts. - Monthly HST, Pension and WSIB submission, - Yearly HST, Pension and WSIB reconciliations - Payroll - Maintain strict deadlines. - Stock vehicles into inventory. - The motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision. - Reliability in attendance. - Greet and direct internal and external visitors with good communication skills. - Maintain office equipment like copiers and printers. - Maintain a weekly inventory of stationary and other supplies. **Qualifications**: - Post-secondary education in accounting/office administration or similar programs - 1-3 years of accounting experience. - Dealership experience is considered an asset. - Excellent organization and keen attention to detail. - The ability to develop positive relationships with all personnel and management. - PBS and Microsoft Office experience is considered an asset. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. We prioritize the right fit for our organization over a strict checklist of criteria. We Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Accounting: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
