You will be responsible for:

- Recruiting for our Professional & Skilled hourly team members including for our Canada sites to ensure we have the best talent
- Working collaboratively with our hiring leaders to provide advice and services that allow us to access the brightest and the best
- Networking and researching new tools and vehicles to connect with the best talent
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts with our recruiting processes

What you will bring:

- Full Cycle Recruiting Experience with a combination of agency and manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience preferably focused on skilled hourly labour
- A natural sense of urgency and hunger to execute quickly and efficiently
- Working diligently towards meeting all goals and deliverables assigned
- Self-starter, curious and organized with high attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities using Indeed recruiting
