**HR Administrator /Recruiter**
The HR Administrator/Recruiter will be responsible for participating in the full cycle recruitment process and general administration of the Human Resources Department. The workload will be 90% recruitment and 10% administrative.
**Responsibilities**:
- Screening all incoming resumes and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Manage and host virtual job fairs
- Facilitate onboarding activities for all warehouse staff
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate virtual orientation
- Complete criminal background checks and references
- Assist with sourcing temporary employees
- Maintain and update various documents, such as new hire packages and job descriptions
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
- Maintain employee files and general administration
- Annual filing of payroll documents
- Participate in projects as required
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 1 year of related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
