**Junior Project Coordinator**

**_Avenue Architecture Inc._** _is a unique, fast-paced, dynamic architectural firm specializing in restaurant and retail design. We are conveniently located in downtown Toronto (Yonge and Eglinton area)._

We are in immediate need of a **Junior Project Coordinator** to better serve our steadily growing portfolio of clients both restaurant and retail based. The ideal person must be comfortable multi-tasking and functioning efficiently within a team-oriented environment - adapt at doing whatever it takes to support the priorities of the team. This is a customer focused environment and the right addition to our staff should have comparable expertise from a similar setting. You will be working with the Senior Project Team and Principal on several demanding projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate in Business Administration or Construction Administration
- Intermediate-Advanced experience with MS Office
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with construction & phone calls administration
- Responsible for coordination of any meetings in the office as well site meetings
- General administrative and office tasks & coordinate any meetings in the office and site
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to telephone inquiries
- Project set up and assist in keeping projects in order
- Assist in monitor and maintain tracking systems; coordinate improvements and upkeep of information systems, databases and scanning documents
- Prepare clear and concise reports, general review letters and correspondence
- Responsible for coordination of any meetings in the office as well site meetings
- Monitor construction progress site photos and following up with contractors to ensure received in timely fashion
- Monitor, schedule and track inspections requested, ensure inspections are preformed within the timeline requested
