Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to maintain client relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. If you have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Consistently meet established program sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through conducting outbound calls.
  • Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service levels to resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services directly from our client's database.
  • Offer feedback to the program supervisor based on errors or improving results.
  • Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
  • Be available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work in a team environment.
  • Attend and actively participate in all required training programs
  • Apply basic computer skills and accurate data entry to accurately input, retrieve and access customer information.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Prior customer service and sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Satisfactory criminal record check
