We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our team in a hybrid role as Business Development Manager, with a defined career path toward becoming a Junior Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career—or with a bit of experience—who is eager to grow within the promotional products industry. You'll start by focusing on business development through outbound prospecting and relationship building. As you develop successful client connections and identify sales opportunities, you’ll transition into a client-facing sales role, managing and growing your own book of business.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Make outbound B2B calls using our database to connect with potential clients
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into active accounts
- Transition into a Junior Sales Representative role as you build your portfolio
- Use CRM tools to track outreach, opportunities, and account progress
- Assist with client inquiries, quoting, and project coordination
- Support order tracking and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare professional proposals and presentations for prospective clients

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education & marketing experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or exposure to the promotional products industry is a plus
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
- Experience with CRM software and B2B databases is an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
