**Job description**

As an Outside Sales Representative for Studio Brewing Corp, you will be responsible for representing the company in the community outside of the walls of 5792 Beresford St. It is expected that you will be an outstanding example of living our Core Values and bringing the unparalleled customer service experience that we provide in the brewery to the outside world.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products to the Lower Mainland through establishing Wholesale and Hospitality Accounts, Account maintenance, and managing online sales. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Establishing Wholesale Account relationships through pursuing leads, providing product and educational support, giving samples, tasting sessions, etc.
- Maintaining Wholesale Account relationships via in-house visits, prompt and courteous delivery, maintaining draft lines, and managing customer expectations.
- Forecasting Outside Sales to provide actionable data to the Head Brewer
- Overseeing and executing delivery of wholesale orders through Ollie Orders in the Lower Mainland via self-delivery, Direct Tap, or in-house delivery driver
- Providing Order Desk duties and tasting sessions as needed for wholesale accounts on Vancouver Island
- Overseeing and executing delivery of online sales through Shopify
- Reconciling all Outside Sales data through reporting systems provided by the General Manager
- Assisting with the company Social Media communications including but not limited to content generation and direct messaging with customers
- As a small company, other responsibilities such as assisting with BOH duties will be required from time to time.
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in an outside sales position
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Have excellent beer knowledge and a desire to learn more
- Possess strong time management and prioritization skills
- Have a valid BC Driver’s licence and
- Experience driving a delivery van

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
