**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work with under performing accounts to grow sales.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and support for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or business development is preferred but not manditory.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical sales processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is desirable. We use Zoho CRM
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products or services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,330.99-$105,675.25 per year

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
