Outside Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Proficient in account management practices and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
