As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with other Service Coordinators to manage and prioritize a range of competing demands and tasks within the service department. Your ability to anticipate potential problems and provide effective solutions is crucial, as is keeping management informed of any issues that arise. You will also cross-train with team members to ensure all daily duties are covered and business needs are met.

**REPORTS TO**:Operations Manager

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Dispatch technicians effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a highly professional standard of customer service.
- Arrange jobs by maintaining accurate records to keep them on track.
- Procure, track, receive materials for jobs to meet customer, technician, & site requirements. Build SPM runs.
- Assist with full-cycle processing/invoicing of a high-volume of technician reports.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred_. (Relevant industry experience considered an asset)._
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to help maintain a positive team environment.
- Must be highly self-motivated, dependable, and work well under pressure.
- Problem solving and judgement capabilities required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
- A keen eye for detail to successfully carry out tasks is critical.
- Ability to adapt/react to change productively.
- You will work an 8-hour day from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Occasionally, your schedule may be adjusted to meet company needs, which could include working from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with applicable overtime pay.

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Full-time, Permanent position (following 3-month probationary period).
- Starting Wage: $27-30 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Extended health and dental coverage (after probation period).
- 8% of total hourly rate contributed to RRSP of employee’s choice after 3-month probation. (If desired).
- Two weeks paid vacation during first year of employment.
- Additional PTO to align with union holidays, after probationary period. (Subject to annual review).
- Free on-site parking.
