Junior Service Coordinator – Join Our Growing Team

About Us:

Clima Design Technologies Ltd is a fast-growing provider of innovative HVAC solutions, dedicated to delivering energy-efficient and cutting-edge systems to our clients.

We are looking for a Junior Service Coordinator to support our Service Coordinator in managing daily service operations. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Familiarity with SimPRO is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Service Coordinator in scheduling and dispatching service jobs.
  • Assist technicians in the warehouse by preparing parts for upcoming service calls, managing stock, and coordinating parts invoicing or warranty deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts issued and returned, including RMA forms and warranty claim forms.
  • Provide occasional physical assistance with lifting or moving HVAC units and components for service appointments or other warehouse tasks.
  • Enter and update work orders, service requests, and customer information in SimPRO.
  • Track service progress and help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Help prepare reports, track service progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in customer service, office administration, or coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge of SimPRO or other service management software is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
