**Overview**
We are an independent Financial Planning Firm; in Chilliwack since 1994. Our main focus is overall Financial Planning and service to clients.
We serve individuals, families and business in the Chilliwack area. Our primary goal is to help each client meet their unique financial goals.
We offer our clients the following products and services:
- Financial Planning
- Tax planning
- Mutual Funds
- ETFs
- Exempt Market Products
- Insurance
- Mortgages
- Personal Tax Preparation
You will need to be very detail oriented, logical and organized, learn fast, have good problem-solving skills and be able to work well with others.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and track forms and documents as requested (Tax Forms, Investment, Life & Health Insurance, address/bank changes, etc.)
- Complete Online/Financial trades and tracking
- Assist in specific projects as required
- Handle various clerical duties
- Provide client communication and service
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency
**Qualifications**:
- Previous or current Financial Services experience is an asset and will be prioritized
- Minimum 1 year experience in Office Administration
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work positively with a team
- Attention to detail and accurate with numbers
- Flexible to take on new tasks of greater priority
- Self-directed and able to complete assignments with limited supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain staff and client confidentiality
- Computer knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM Systems
- Financial Services/Investment Industry experience an asset
- Previous Tax Prep Experience would be an asset, but not essential
- Existing licensing/experience preferred (Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Tax Preparation, etc.) but may not be required initially
**We Offer**:
- Full time position, must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
