**The Role**
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Administrative Assistant** to support our management team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing administrative support to the Management Team.
- Assisting with document prep, reports, and data entry
- Helping organize files, schedules, and internal communications
- Supporting various small tasks that help keep the office running smoothly
- Other general office duties as assigned

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A team player with a proactive and helpful attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Previous admin experience is an asset but not required

**Details**:

- Part-time (approx. 2-3 days per week, flexible daytime hours)
- Internal support role (no phones or front desk work)
- Based at our office in Chilliwack
- Great role for someone who likes variety and working in a close-knit team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
