Medical Receptionist/secretary

**We are a medical clinic, located in downtown Montreal. We are presently looking for a dynamic and passionate person to fill the position of full/part time receptionist.**
**Computer skilled - Bilingual (French/English) a must - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position - MEDICAL experience ASSET**
**Organized** **, Dynamic, Well-spoken and Courteous - Team player - Punctual - Able to multi-task - Able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere**
**Responsibilities**
- **Welcome clients/patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic**:
- **Direct clients/patients to the appropriate office**:
- **Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls**:
- **Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries**:
- **Update calendars and schedules**:
- **Keep updated records of office expenses and costs**:
- **Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing**
**Requirements**:
- **Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**:
- **Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)**:
- **Professional attitude and appearance**:
- **Solid written and verbal communication skills**:
- **Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise**:
- **Excellent organizational skills**:
- **Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks**:
- **Customer service attitude**:
- **High school degree**:
- **Spoken/Written: French/English**

- **Fournir des informations de base précises en personne et par téléphone/courriel**:
- **Réceptionner, trier et distribuer le courrier/les livraisons quotidiens**:
- **Mettre à jour les calendriers et les plannings**:
- **Tenir à jour les registres des dépenses et des coûts du bureau**:
- **Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives de réceptionniste telles que le classement, la photocopie, la transcription et la télécopie**
**Exigences**
- **Expérience en tant que réceptionniste, représentant du service clientèle ou poste similaire**:
- **Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Suite, Medesync**:
- **Expérience pratique des équipements de bureau (par exemple, télécopieurs et imprimantes)**:
- **Attitude et apparence professionnelles.**:
- **Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale.**:
- **Capacité à faire preuve d'ingéniosité et de proactivité lorsque des problèmes surviennent.**:
- **Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.**:
- **Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à gérer son temps, avec la capacité de hiérarchiser les tâches.**:
- **Attitude orientée vers le service à la clientèle.**:
- **Diplôme d'études secondaires**:
- **Langues parlées/écrites : français/anglais.**
